Explore new perspectives

         to find lightness

Would you like to take a weekend break from your daily habits and rediscover what's important to you?

Or are you simply curious to learn more about meditation?

Then join our Summer Silence Meditation Retreat in The Netherlands!

This retreat will bring you profound relaxation,

authentic connections and new perspectives

on how you want to live your life.

Institute for Meditation is a recognized Education Provider by Yoga Alliance©.

The Program

Silence to Reflect, Space to Express

In this weekend you will be silent. The silence is conducted to break the daily focus on the outside world, and turn inwards. In this weekend retreat you will be guided towards the subtleties of your experience; your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations.

Although you will be silent during the day, there will be guided meditations where you will connect with other participants and share your experience. By expressing your inner world, you will become more aware of what you are experiencing. By sharing our experiences, we can learn from each other.

During this retreat you will abstain from talking, use of mobile, drugs, alcohol, nicotine and caffeine

Every day we start at 7.30am with a Silent Sitting Meditation. This silence will prevail the rest of the day!

During this retreat you will explore the relationship between body and mind through

intuitive movement meditations, often guided by the most beautiful music.

Every morning we will join together at 11.30am in an Intuitive Movement Meditation.

During this retreat you will explore the nature of stress, control, resistance, flow and relaxation. You will be guided into meditations and conversations.

In the afternoon we will come together at 4pm

for an Insight Meditation.

And more...

During this retreat you will be offered inspiration through walking meditations in the forest, inspiring movies and more. Just relax and experience!

In the evenings we will come together at 8pm for an evening activity.
